Overview

Supplied as a full production line, this setup blows the 1000L HDPE inner tank that fits a standard IBC steel cage. Rated for IBC-size containers, it carries the large die head and heavy clamp such tanks require, with the servo-hydraulic drive that meters power to demand managing the long cycle time. Automatic in-line deflashing strips flash from the tank's neck, base and handle so parts come off ready for cage assembly. AMAN includes the matching tank mould and after-sales support with the line.
