Overview

This machine blows the inner bladder of 1200L IBC bulk containers, building a two-layer wall in one shot so a tough black outer skin shields the contents from light. Sized for IBC work, it carries the heavy clamp and large die head these big tanks demand and runs with the servo-hydraulic drive that meters power to demand to manage the long cycle. Automatic in-line deflashing strips the substantial flash a tank this size produces. AMAN supplies the matching tank mould and supports the full IBC line.
