Plastic Ball and Bottle Blow Molding Machine
A fully automatic extrusion blow molding machine that forms hollow plastic balls alongside conventional bottles. The symmetrical clamp and wall control suit round, seamless ball shapes as readily as containers.
Overview
This machine blows closed, round hollow products such as plastic balls and floats, where uniform wall and a clean seam are what matter most. It runs single-station for larger balls or double-station to raise output on smaller ones, fully automatically from extrusion to ejection. The load-sensing servo-hydraulic drive holds the even wall a balanced sphere needs, and in-line automatic flash removal removes the parting flash. AMAN supplies matching moulds for the ball or bottle you produce.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material.
