Overview
Instead of round bottles, this machine blows the curved, hollow profiles found under the hood, from oil filler necks to air-intake ducts and connecting pipes. The platform takes the longer moulds these parts need, while single or double stations let you balance complexity against volume. The energy-saving servo-hydraulic drive keeps cycles efficient, and automatic in-line deflashing clears the long parting flash that tube-shaped parts leave. Matching moulds for specific duct geometries are available from AMAN.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material.
