An automatic PC extrusion blow molding machine for 5-gallon water bottles and small water tanks across 10L-30L. Polycarbonate keeps these large drinking-water containers clear and tough through repeated handling.
Overview
This machine forms 5-gallon bottles and small water-tank bodies in PC, where clarity and impact resistance let containers survive many refill and transport cycles. Servo-hydraulic drive holds the large mould closed and keeps wall thickness even across the 10L-30L body, which is critical for handle and neck strength on heavy water containers. The energy-saving system controls power on these large parts, and in-line automatic flash removal finishes the container ready for sealing.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
