Overview

A finished IBC needs both a blow-moulded inner tank and a welded tubular steel cage, and this line covers both stages so producers do not source them separately. The servo-hydraulic blow molding machine forms the 1000L tank with even walls under energy-saving operation, while the integrated frame welding machine builds the matching cage. Automatic in-line deflashing finishes the tank, and the paired setup shortens the path from raw material to a complete caged IBC ready for assembly.
