Overview
Aimed at the small end of the range, this machine blows children's milk and feeding bottles where smooth necks and even walls matter for safety and filling. Running single-station for simple jobs or double-station to raise output on long runs, it keeps light 100ml to 2L bottles consistent shot after shot. The servo-hydraulic drive that meters power to demand holds wall thickness steady on these thin parts, and automatic deflashing in line removes neck and base flash so bottles arrive clean for washing and capping.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
