An automatic injection stretch blow molding machine for 5-gallon PC water bottles, forming the bottle in one continuous process from injected preform to stretched, blown body.
Overview
Five-gallon returnable water bottles need PC for clarity and reuse strength, and one-step injection stretch blow molding injects the preform then stretch-blows it on the same machine for a seamless, flash-free bottle with an accurate neck. The inject-and-blow rotary stations keep the cycle continuous, and the process suits PC along with PP and PE, sized for the 5-gallon (about 19L) bottle. AMAN matches the mould to the 5-gallon format and integrates the line for food-and-beverage duty.
