Overview

Producing IBC inner tanks at 1000L and 1250L requires a stable, heavy parison and clamping strong enough to hold a large mould under blowing pressure, both of which the servo-hydraulic system manages. The energy-saving drive lowers electricity per tank on these large parts, and in-line automatic flash removal trims the substantial flash from neck and base without hand-cutting.
