A double-station, double-head extrusion blow molding machine for small HDPE bottles from 100ml to 2L. Two die heads feeding two stations multiply output, making it built for high-volume runs of small containers.
Overview
With two die heads working across two stations, this machine forms multiple bottles per cycle and keeps one station blowing while the other reloads, so throughput on small HDPE bottles rises sharply over a single-head line. Servo-hydraulic drive holds wall thickness even across all heads, and the energy-saving system keeps power per bottle low at high speed. Automatic in-line deflashing finishes every bottle, and AMAN supplies matching multi-cavity moulds for the whole size range.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
