Overview
Small milk bottles are produced in large numbers and need consistent walls for stacking and capping, and this machine meets that with servo-hydraulic wall-thickness control across the 100ml-2L range. The energy-saving drive lowers power per bottle on continuous dairy runs, and the double-station option overlaps blowing and loading to lift output for high-demand 200ml and 500ml sizes. Automatic in-line deflashing delivers flash-free bottles straight to the filling line, and AMAN provides the matching mould and neck tooling.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
