HDPE LDPE Baby Care Bottle Blow Molding Machine
An automatic extrusion blow molding machine for HDPE and LDPE baby-care bottles in the 100ml-2L range. It runs both rigid HDPE and softer squeezable LDPE, so a single line covers lotion, wash and feeding-accessory containers.
Overview
Baby-care packaging spans firm HDPE jars and flexible LDPE squeeze bottles, and this machine processes both materials with the same controlled extrusion and clamping setup. Servo-hydraulic drive holds wall thickness steady across the small-to-medium size range, which matters for thin, even-walled squeeze bottles, while energy-saving operation keeps unit cost down on high-volume consumer goods. Automatic in-line deflashing finishes the neck and base, and the single or double station layout lets producers step up output as demand grows.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
