2-10L Lubricant Oil Bottle Blow Molding Machine
An automatic extrusion blow molding machine for lubricant and car-oil bottles in the 2L-10L range. These containers need accurate fill volume and a sturdy handle, both held by servo wall control.
Overview
Lubricant and engine-oil bottles are typically handled containers that must hold an exact volume and resist the weight of oil, so this machine forms them automatically with servo-hydraulic drive keeping wall thickness even through the handle and shoulder. Automatic in-line deflashing clears the flash these gripped bottles leave so containers reach filling finished and stackable, and single or double station options scale production. HDPE multi-material running suits the oil-resistant grades lubricant packaging calls for in the 2L to 10L band.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
