Overview

A 200L double-ring drum carries a very heavy parison and integral top and bottom rolling rings that must be thick and concentric, so the machine pairs a large blow mould with servo-hydraulic clamping firm enough to hold it closed under pressure. Automatic operation handles the long cycle and in-line deflashing of a bulky part without manual intervention, trimming the base and bung flash cleanly.
