Overview
Car parts made by blow molding are hollow shapes that injection moulding cannot easily produce, and this line is configured to form them end to end with the clamping control servo-hydraulic drive provides for varied automotive moulds. Single or double station setups let a supplier balance cycle against part size, and in-line automatic flash removal trims the parting-line flash that complex car-part moulds leave behind. Running HDPE and multi-material suits the durable, heat-resistant grades automotive components call for, and AMAN can supply the matching moulds and turnkey line.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material.
