Overview
Air ducts and oil-filler necks are 3D hollow forms with bends and varying diameter, and blow molding suits them because a parison can be shaped to follow a contoured mould. This machine forms such parts with servo-hydraulic drive giving the controlled clamp and wall distribution that curved automotive ducting needs to stay kink-free. Automatic in-line deflashing clears flash from the parting line of complex moulds, and single or double station options match component runs. HDPE and multi-material covers heat-tolerant under-bonnet grades.
