Detergent bottles need rigid, leak-tight walls and often an integral handle or grip, and this double-station machine forms them while alternating between two clamping stations to cut dead time and raise bottle count per hour. The servo-hydraulic system keeps wall thickness even where the bottle is gripped and holds energy use down across long runs, while in-line auto-deflash station removes flash at the neck and seam so bottles arrive at filling finished. It runs HDPE and multi-material across the 100ml-2L range.
