900ml-1200ml HDPE Bottle Blow Molding Machine
A double-station extrusion blow molding machine for 900ml and 1200ml HDPE bottles. While one station blows, the other loads, so mid-size bottle output rises without raising cycle speed.
Overview
The double-station layout is the point here: two clamping stations work in alternation so the extruder feeds continuously and idle time between bottles drops, roughly doubling throughput against a single-station line for 900ml-1200ml containers. Servo-hydraulic drive holds wall thickness consistent on these mid-volume HDPE bottles and trims energy use, and automatic deflashing in line finishes the neck and base. The machine covers the wider 100ml to 2L range when moulds are changed.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
