Overview
Sea balls are thin-walled hollow HDPE spheres produced in bright colours at large quantities, and this machine blows them automatically so a single line can turn out thousands of consistent balls. Even wall distribution keeps each ball round and resilient for play, while in-line automatic flash removal removes the pinch seam left at the blow point. The servo-hydraulic drive lowers energy across long production runs, and single or double station options raise output for the 8cm and 10cm sizes most in demand.
