Overview

Bulk IBC tanks carry a heavy parison and a UV-stable dark-blue masterbatch, so the machine runs a servo-hydraulic system that keeps mould closing force consistent across a large blow mould. You can specify single or double station depending on how many tanks per shift the line needs, and in-line deflashing removes the substantial flash from the tank base and neck without a separate trimming step. Multi-material capability covers the resin blends used for chemical-resistant bulk storage.
