Overview

Fixed-station blowing combined with an accumulator head is the standard route for big drums: the accumulator stores a full charge of melt and discharges it quickly so a 50-120L parison forms without thinning or sag, then the fixed clamp holds the large mould steady through a long cool. Running HDPE, it makes the rugged, chemically resistant drums used for bulk transport and storage. Energy-saving servo-hydraulic drive manages the heavy cycle and automatic deflashing trims the pinch-off. AMAN matches the drum mould and line.
