5 Gallon PE PP PC Bottle Blow Molding Machine
An automatic accumulation extrusion blow molding machine that forms 5-gallon bottles in PE, PP or PC. The accumulator head and multi-material capability let one machine cover several large-bottle materials.
Overview
The accumulator die head stores and then quickly discharges melt to build the heavy parison a 5-gallon bottle needs without sag, and the machine accepts PE, PP and PC so producers can switch resin to match clarity, stiffness or reuse requirements. Fully automatic operation runs the blow, eject and deflash sequence without manual handling across the 10L-30L range. Energy-saving servo-hydraulic drive keeps power use down on the long large-bottle cycle. AMAN supplies the matching mould and turnkey line support.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
