Careful melt control keeps PC clarity and wall strength through the large parison and long cool typical of vessels this size. The load-sensing servo-hydraulic drive holds steady pressure during cooling, and in-line automatic flash removal finishes the neck and base. One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
