5 Gallon Juice Container Blow Molding Machine
A single-station accumulation extrusion blow molding machine for 5-gallon juice containers and other large vessels in the 10L-30L range. The accumulator die head stores melt to drop one heavy parison fast.
Overview
An accumulator head gathers melt between cycles and releases it in a rapid, controlled shot, which is the right approach for a thick-walled 5-gallon container that would sag if extruded slowly. The single station then blows one large, even-walled vessel suited to juice and bulk-liquid storage. Energy-saving servo-hydraulic drive manages the long blow-and-cool cycle without wasting power, and automatic in-line deflashing trims the pinch-off. AMAN provides the matching mould and complete line integration for large-container production.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
