Built to run PP, this machine moulds chemically resistant PP containers for AdBlue, and the autoclave-tolerant bottles that dialysis solutions require, from small 100ml-500ml bottles up to 4L-5L jerry cans. A mould change moves the line between pharma-grade small bottles and larger AdBlue cans without new machinery. Energy-saving servo-hydraulic drive and in-line auto-deflash station keep every container clean and dimensionally consistent. AMAN supplies the matching PP tooling and turnkey line support.

The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. We also make jerry can blow moulds in our own workshop. Each one is tried out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
