2L-5L Oil Bottle 70mm Screw Blow Molding Machine
A production line for 2L, 4L and 5L HDPE lubricant-oil bottles built on a 70mm screw extrusion blow molding machine, with single- or double-station configuration. The larger screw feeds steady melt for mid-size oil packs.
Overview
The 70mm extrusion screw delivers the plasticising capacity needed to fill 2L-5L parisons consistently, which keeps wall thickness even on the tall, narrow-neck bottles used for engine and lubricant oil. Choosing the double station roughly doubles output by blowing one mould while the next loads, while the single station suits steadier runs. Energy-saving servo-hydraulic drive and in-line auto-deflash station finish each bottle without manual trimming. AMAN matches the mould and integrates the full HDPE bottle line.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. We also make the blow mould for your bottle in our own workshop and try it out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
