2L-5L Laundry Detergent Bottle Blow Molding Machine
An extrusion blow molding machine that makes 2L, 3L, 4L and 5L HDPE laundry-detergent bottles and small jerry cans on one platform. It covers everyday detergent packs through handled five-liter cans.
Overview
The machine blows HDPE detergent bottles and 5L jerry cans across the same mid-volume range, so a single line can switch between pour-spout bottles and handled cans by changing the mould. Even wall control keeps thin-walled detergent bottles rigid while still supporting the heavier walls a 5L can needs. The servo-hydraulic drive saves energy and a double station can lift output for high-runner detergent SKUs. Automatic in-line deflashing delivers trimmed, fill-ready containers, with AMAN tooling on request.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make jerry can blow moulds in our own workshop. Each one is tried out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
