One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. We also make detergent bottle blow moulds in our own workshop, handled bottles included, and each one is tried out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
