Overview

The machine extrudes a parison, closes the jerry-can mould around it and blows the container, forming the hollow handle in the same shot. In-line deflashing of the pinch-off waste at the neck, handle and base is available, confirmed per project, so cans leave the line trimmed and ready to fill. The platform covers handled jugs up to 25 L and runs HDPE, PP and PE for sturdy industrial containers with necks sized for a secure seal. AMAN supplies matched tooling and line support.

The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material.
