20L Jerry Can Single Cavity Blow Molding Machine
An extrusion blow molding machine for 20L HDPE jerry cans and related containers up to 25 L, built around a single station and single die head for consistent wall distribution. The focus is clean single-cavity moulding of large, load-bearing cans.
Overview
A single die head and single clamping station concentrate the full extrusion volume into one large parison, which is what a 20L can needs for even walls and a sturdy handle. The demand-metered servo-hydraulic system holds pressure steady through the longer cooling phase without wasting power between cycles. Flash from the pinch-off is removed automatically in line, so each can leaves dressed and ready to fill. The machine accepts HDPE and other multi-material grades and ships with AMAN tooling.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make jerry can blow moulds in our own workshop. Each one is tried out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
