Overview
The single-die head feeds a single station to mould heavy-wall jerry cans where stiffness and a true 20L volume matter more than parallel output. Servo-hydraulic actuation draws power only on demand across the long blow-and-cool cycle a 20L can needs - ask us for the measured kWh-per-can figure to estimate your monthly power bill. Automatic in-line deflashing removes neck and handle flash as cans leave the mould, so containers reach packing trimmed and ready. One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make jerry can blow moulds in our own workshop. Each one is tried out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
