Overview

The energy-saving servo-hydraulic drive runs the blow cycle efficiently for steady production up to 25 L, and in-line deflashing is available to finish the cans without manual trimming, confirmed per project. One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make jerry can blow moulds in our own workshop. Each one is tried out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
