Overview

Wide-mouth jars are defined by their large opening, so this machine controls the parison and neck calibration to form a clean, dimensionally accurate mouth that seals well across 1L-5L sizes. HDPE gives the chemical resistance these jars need, and the demand-metered servo-hydraulic drive keeps cycles efficient on jars up to 5 L. Automatic in-line deflashing removes neck and base scrap so jars are finished and ready to lid.

The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material.
