Overview

Large drums need a thick, controlled parison dropped quickly, which is exactly what the accumulator die head provides by storing melt and releasing it in one fast shot for even walls on 120L-220L bodies. The double L-ring top is formed cleanly so drums stack and seal reliably, and the servo-hydraulic drive that meters power to demand powers the heavy clamping these barrels demand. Automatic in-line deflashing finishes each drum without manual trimming.
