Overview
Fertilizer and agro liquids need thick-walled, leak-tight cans, and this machine blows 10L-30L HDPE bodies with the wall strength to survive stacking and transport. The demand-metered servo-hydraulic drive sustains the high clamp and melt control a large can requires, and in-line auto-deflash station clears the heavy parting-line web these sizes leave behind. Single or double station matches throughput to demand, and AMAN supplies the can mould and handle tooling.

One machine covers a range of sizes: you only change the mould to make a different product. The machine must be selected according to the LARGEST product you plan to make — running a small product on a large machine is possible, but you lose some efficiency and some material. Send us your smallest and your largest product (size and weight) and we will confirm whether one machine is enough.
We also make jerry can blow moulds in our own workshop. Each one is tried out on a machine before it ships. Blow moulds take 25–35 days from approved drawings.
