In 2025, AMAN provided a complete two-step PET stretch blow molding line — air conveyor included — to a beverage bottler in Bangladesh, for crystal-clear ~500 ml PET juice and water bottles.
Injection-moulded PET preforms are reheated to orientation temperature, then a stretch rod extends the preform axially while blow air expands it radially. That biaxial orientation is what gives PET bottles their clarity and strength — and what lets material be taken out safely, so every bottle is light without panelling or failing.
To keep bottles moving, the line includes an air conveyor that carries the light empty bottles by the neck ring on a cushion of air toward filling — no denting, tipping or jams. AMAN tested the full line on production-representative PET preforms before shipment, and paired delivery with training and after-sales support: one line, one partner, one point of accountability.
