About Extrusion Blow Mould Questions

1. Can PETG material share same blow mould with PP/PE blow mould?

No. It can not share the same mould, PETG request the mould to use a different steel mould like it must be anti-rust steel mould material, like 2316 or S136.

2. How many ways are there to automatically de-flash the bottom?

3. How many ways are there to de-flash the mouth, and which way is suitable for each situation?

You can use pushing off or rotary cutting.

4. How to calculate the production and the cycle time ?
