HDPE Daily-Chemical & Detergent Bottle Blow Molding Lines — Household-Products Manufacturer, Bangladesh
Customer name withheld. Results as observed on the customer's running line.
The requirement
This manufacturer sells a broad and fast-growing range of household and personal-care products — dish-wash, laundry liquid, shampoo, hand wash and lubricant — each in its own bottle shape, size and colour. For years those empty bottles were bought in from outside converters, which meant every new SKU, every promotion and every packaging change waited on a supplier's lead time and minimum order quantity.
As volumes climbed, the outsourced model became the bottleneck: bottle cost ate into margin, colour and wall-thickness consistency varied between batches, and a single supplier delay could idle a whole filling line. They wanted to mould their own bottles next to their filling halls — but only if the machines could hold consistent wall thickness across dozens of SKUs, run reliably in a hot, humid plant, and be operated and maintained by their own team.
The line AMAN delivered
AMAN supplied several extrusion blow molding lines built around multi-cavity die heads, so the customer can mould two to several bottles per cycle and switch quickly between their many daily-chemical SKUs. Each line carries a servo parison wall-thickness controller, so bottle weight and wall distribution stay consistent from the first shot to the last — the single biggest quality worry when one plant runs many different bottles.
The machines were delivered as a turnkey package — extruder, die head, moulds, deflashing and take-out — installed and commissioned inside the customer's own factory, then handed over to their operators with training and a maintenance schedule the team now runs themselves.
The results
- Bottle production brought in-house, next to the customer's own filling lines
- Multi-cavity die heads mould several bottles per cycle across detergent, shampoo, dish-wash and lubricant SKUs
- Servo parison wall-thickness control keeps bottle weight and walls consistent across colours and sizes
- Lines run in the customer's plant under their own operators and maintenance schedule
- Multiple AMAN lines now installed as the customer's in-house bottle capacity grows
