A full 150-500 ml cream jar mould set for Russia
A cosmetics buyer in Russia needed one jar family across five sizes, 150 to 500 ml, with the lids to match, and wanted the whole set to come off tooling designed together rather than assembled from separate orders.

What the customer was making
A range of cosmetic cream jars sold in five sizes, from 150 ml up to 500 ml, each with its own lid. The jars had to look like one family on the shelf: the same wall, the same finish and a lid that sits the same way on every size.
What was built
AMAN cut the jar tools and the matching lid tools in its own workshop, drawing each jar against the lid that closes on it. The cavities were polished to the finish the jars had to show, and the cooling was cut around each cavity so the finish stays even across a run.
Each tool was run on a machine here before it was packed, and the trial jars went with it, so the customer could see the parts the tooling actually produces, not a drawing of them.
What it would look like for your jar
Send the jar and the lid you sell, or the drawings, and say which sizes belong to the family. The tooling is cut to those parts, and the trial samples ship with it.

Five sizes, one neck
